TVB Saalfelden extension

The upper floor of the existing building (office and business premises) is to be expanded. For this purpose, the currently unused upper floor will be demolished and rebuilt with approximately the same volume. The ground floor will remain and be clad in dark paneling. The upper floor, which will house an extension of the tourist office from the ground floor and a physiotherapy practice with disabled access via elevator, will be constructed entirely of timber. The new upper floor cantilevers approximately 1.6 m over the ground floor, thus providing the offices with protection against summer overheating.
