Staff House Hotel Krallerhof

The existing staff house was expanded by 27 residential units. The additional units were planned in a separate building, matching the topography. A connecting corridor was built at ground level to connect the existing building. The four-story new building received two entrances – one on the north side in the basement and one on the south side in the ground floor. The project comprises 23 residential units with approximately 24 m² of living space and four units with an additional sleeping area and a usable area of approximately 36 m².
