The existing staff housing was expanded by a further 43 residential units. A separate building was constructed in keeping with the topography. The five-story new building (ground floor + 2 + 2 basement) has an east-facing entrance on the ground floor and an open fire staircase on the west side. The project comprises 28 single-room units with approximately 22 m² and 15 double-room units with approximately 28 m². A common room (multi-purpose room) is located in the basement level, and storage rooms are located in the basement level.
