The property will continue to be operated as a full-service restaurant. The expansion will be carried out on the hillside (north). In keeping with the terrain, an additional basement with delivery and storage areas will be created on this side. The restaurant and storage areas will be added in the basement, the restaurant and kitchen on the ground floor, and the restaurant on the upper floor.
