Asitzbräu
The building continues to operate as a full-service restaurant. The expansion was primarily carried out in the northeast through the addition of a new staircase spanning all floors, the underground construction of storage areas, and the construction of a second floor, which will provide a direct connection from the building in the northwest (from the ski slope) to the new second floor. A bridge-like connection (path overpass) will also be built on the northwest side, allowing for a spacious entrance and terrace. The oldest part of the building, made entirely of wood, will be demolished and rebuilt to the same size. On the ground floor, the existing kitchen will be slightly expanded and converted into a show kitchen. In addition, the existing guest rooms will be remodeled and redesigned. The first floor will be slightly expanded. Staff quarters will be built here, and an additional guest room will be accommodated in the new area. The second floor will be completely rebuilt, creating extensive restaurant, bar, and restroom areas. The renovation and expansion measures will provide approximately 450 seats at tables and bars inside the building, and up to 250 seats on the terraces. Furthermore, the building will be connected to the nearby "Alte Schmiede" via an underground passage.
